The Kenda Happy Medium CX Folding Tire is two tires in one - fast rolling center section paired with aggressive outer edges for cornering control. The Kenda Happy Medium CX Folding Tire features knobs designed for seamless transitions from center to edge and a universal design that is applicable to a wide variety of riding styles and conditions.
DTC (Dual Tread Compound): Low weight and a combination of durable L3R rubber center section and soft Stick-E rubber side knobs.
SCT - is the optimization of Kenda Tire sidewalls via the addition of a second ply of fabric that allows for better air and fluid retention when a tire is run tubeless. The SCT ply also serves to add an additional layer of protection to the tire against sidewall cuts and abrasions, and pinch flats when using a tube. This makes the tire truly Tubeless Ready.
